We drove up to pick up Deva to bring her back to San Diego. We lingered
several days. We took "her" [landlords'] dogs, Sam and Loni, on a walk through the forest
near UC Santa Cruz. Sam is well-behaved and submissive with other dogs so
we also took him to Dog Beach. He likes playing with the other dogs and
getting petted by other dog owners.
